The death has occurred of Seamus McGlone, Dromore, Co Tyrone.

McGlone Seamus, (Dromore, Co Tyrone) formerly of 3 Fairview Gardens, Dromore BT78 3DP died peacefully at the South West Acute Hospital, surrounded by his loving family on Sunday 28th April 2024. Beloved husband of the late Anne. Treasured father to Crea (Declan),Katherine (Stephen), Seamus and Shane. Devoted grandfather to Peter and Matthew. Cherished brother of Vera McCormick and the late Josie, Eddie, Anna Donaghy, Teresa Garrity, Mary McCaffrey, Gertie McGlone and Kathleen Davis.

Seamus’s wake will take place in Grianan House Funeral Home, 4 Carnalea Road, Fintona, BT78 2BY from 3pm until 8.30pm on Tuesday 30th April 2024.

Seamus will leave Grianan House Funeral Home at 10.15am on Wednesday 1^st May 2024 for 11am requiem Mass in St Davog’s Church, Dromore, followed by his burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only with donations in lieu kindly accepted for Care for Cancer c/o McAtee Funeral Directors.

For those who wish to show a presence along the funeral route, Seamus will travel from the Carnalea Road, via Price’s Shop, Crawford’s Lane, Camderry Road, Main Street and the Omagh Road, to arrive at St Davog’s Church for 10.50am.

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving daughters, sons, sons in law, grandchildren, sister, nephews, nieces and entire family circle and friends. Our Lady pray for him.
