We, the family of Michael Colgan, would like to thank most sincerely all who sympathised with us in our recent sad bereavement. A special thank you to Father Kevin Connolly for your support during Dad ‘s illness and celebration of his Requiem Mass. Kathleen will leave her late residence at 10.30am on Monday 2nd August for 11am requiem mass in St Davog’s Church, Dromore followed by her burial afterwards in St Dympna’s Cemetery, Dromore. We, the family of Mary Murray, wish to express our sincere gratitude to all who supported and gave comfort to Mary and her grieving family during her recent illness.

We are most grateful to all the medical professions for their diligent and compassionate care. A particular thanks to Una Cassidy Pharmacist, to all the staff from Strule Medical Practice, Sperrin Suite in Altnagelvin, O.T. team, Beragh District Nurses, Marie Curie Nurses, Nicola McCauley, Carers, Palliative Care Nurses and Rapid Response Team. We sincerely appreciate all those who cared for Mary in her last months and who made it possible for her to remain at home; especially to Bridie, Marie and those who assisted with Mary’s care.  

We wish to thank all those who sympathised, prayed for and supported us in our recent sad bereavement. We wish to acknowledge all of those who sent mass and sympathy cards, who called to the house, who helped at the wake, who telephoned and who lined the funeral route as we made Mary’s final journey. Sincere thanks to our family, friends and neighbours who helped in so many ways.

Heartful thanks to our present and past priests of Donacavey and surrounding Parishes who gave Mary such comfort and support throughout her life and in her final illness. A special thanks to Fr. Mona passed away peacefully on the 2nd of July, a widely respected, devoted family lady and much-loved sister, sister in law, aunt and friend.  We, her family wish to express our sincere appreciation and heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathised, prayed for and supported us through our recent sad bereavement.  We have been overwhelmed by the sheer volume of mass and sympathy cards and private messages we have received. We would like to acknowledge all those who paid their respects in any way. Our thanks to those who called to the house, who telephoned, who sent Mass or sympathy cards, flowers and those who left messages online or via social media and to those who lined the funeral route or who joined us via the webcam. Sincere thanks to our friends and neighbours who helped out in so many ways, to help us grieve as a family.

A special word of thanks to Canon Patrick MacEntee for his spiritual support and the comforting Requiem Mass. We convey our appreciation also to the Sacristan and everyone who assisted with the Mass, especially the singer Louise Coyle who provided the beautiful music.  Thank you to McAtee Funeral Directors for the dignified and professional manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out and to the grave digger for preparing Mona’s final resting place.

We, the family of Betty Kelly (nee McCaffrey), would like to express our sincere thanks to all who sympathised with, and supported us through, our recent bereavement.
We especially want to thank relatives, friends, neighbours and the wider community who helped us during this difficult time. We are overwhelmed by the phone calls, messages, kind gestures and the many sympathy and mass cards.
We would like to thank the wonderful staff at the Altnagelvin hospital, Derry, who supported us through this emotional journey, and to the ambulance service who showed us such kindness and compassion when we needed it most. To all who helped at the wake, attended the funeral and watched the funeral online, thank you. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Father Kevin Connolly for the beautiful Requiem Mass; McAtee’s Funeral directors for the sensitive and professional manner in which they carried out their duties; and the gravediggers for preparing Betty’s final resting place. We would also like to thank Louise Coyle for the beautiful music in the Chapel.
Betty will be sadly missed by her devoted husband, Philip; daughter and best friend, Clare; adoring sons, Fearghal and Michael; loving brothers and sisters Sean, Margo, Rita, Celia, Bernie, Martina and Rory, in-laws, nieces, nephews, friends and colleagues.
