Campbell Eileen (nee Campbell), Fintona, Co Tyrone formerly of 9 King Street, Fintona BT78 2BG died peacefully at Springlawn Nursing Home, on Sunday 12th September 2021. Beloved wife of the late Pat. Treasured sister to Veronica (Laverty) and the late Sean, Josie and Phil. Devoted aunt to Eamon, Siobhan, Bernadette, Damien, Maria, Anne, Una, Monica, John and the late Sean. Eileen will be reposing in her late residence from 10am on Monday 13th September. Eileen’s remains will leave her late residence at 7pm on Monday 13th September and will be received into St Lawrence’s Church, Fintona at 7.30pm. Eileen’s requiem Mass will take place at 11.00am on Tuesday 14th September followed by her burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. For those who wish to show a presence along the funeral route, Eileen will travel from King Street, along Main Street, Tattymoyle Road and Lisdergan Road to arrive at St Lawrence’s Church at 7.25pm. In light of the Coronavirus and in the interests of health and safety within the community, the house will be strictly private with social distancing being adhered to at the funeral. Alternatively the funeral Mass may be viewed via the Donacavey Parish webcam. Deeply regretted by her loving sister, nieces, nephews and entire family circle. Our Lady pray for her.

Christopher’s remains will leave his late residence at 10.20am on Wednesday 15th September for 11.00am requiem Mass in St Lawrence’s Church, Fintona followed by his burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Donal passed away peacefully on Saturday 7th August 2021, a much-loved brother, brother in law, uncle and friend.  We, his family wish to express our sincere appreciation and heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathised, prayed for and supported us through our recent sad bereavement.  We have been overwhelmed by the sheer volume of mass and sympathy cards and private messages we have received. We would like to acknowledge all those who paid their respects in any way. Our thanks to those who called to the house, who telephoned, who sent Mass or sympathy cards, or flowers and to those who left messages online or via social media. Our thanks also those who lined the funeral route or who joined us via the webcam. Sincere thanks to our relatives, friends and neighbours who helped out in so many ways, to help us grieve as a family.

A special word of thanks to Father Kevin Connolly for his spiritual support and the comforting Requiem Mass. We convey our appreciation also to the Sacristan and everyone who assisted with the Mass, especially our musician Fergal who provided the beautiful music.  Thank you to McAtee Funeral Directors for the dignified and professional manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out and to the grave digger Tommy for preparing Donal’s final resting place.

Cherished mother of Delia, Clare, Irene Monaghan (Sean), Orla McCartan (Ciaran), Niall (Leigh), Dervla (Damien) and Ursula McWilliams (Christopher). Treasured sister of Patsy and the late Dominic. Devoted grandmother and great grandmother. Helen will be reposing in her late residence from 10.30am on Friday 3rd September. Helen’s remains will leave her late residence at 10.20am on Saturday 4th September for 11am requiem Mass in St Malachy’s Church, Seskinore followed by her burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Pat passed away peacefully on the 28th of July, a widely respected, hard-working, devoted family man and much-loved father, father-in-law, grandfather, great grandfather, uncle and friend.  We, his family wish to express our sincere appreciation and heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathised, prayed for and supported us through our recent sad bereavement. 

Thanks to all our friends, neighbours and local businesses who brought refreshments to the house and to all who helped in any way throughout the wake.

The amount of telephone calls and messages of condolence sent privately, online or via social media was overwhelming and much appreciated by us all. These, along with the number of mass and sympathy cards and donations to Dementia NI in lieu of flowers expressed to us the true esteem in which our father was held.

Thank you to everyone who attended the funeral Mass or joined in via webcam and to all who lined the funeral route. A special thanks to Fintona Pearses G.A.C and Fintona Fire Service for the Guards of Honour.

A special thank you to Fr Kevin Connolly for celebrating the requiem Mass and also to Mary the Sacristan and everyone who assisted with the service, especially Sinead who provided the beautiful, memorable music.

Many thanks to McAtee Funeral Directors for their help, advice and professionalism throughout. Our thanks also to the gravedigger, Tommy for preparing Dad’s final resting place.

We are most grateful to all who looked after and cared for Dad during his illness. Our thanks to all the carers who supported him at home over the many years before he went into Hillview Lodge Nursing Home in Omagh. The care he received both at home and in the care home was exceptional. He became a bit of a character in the home and struck up a great relationship with the staff especially Sandra and we are grateful to you all.

Thanks also to The Western Health and Social Care Trust, Fintona Medical Centre, Una Cassidy Pharmacy, the Ambulance Service and everyone who helped with Dad’s care.

Our thoughts are also with family members who were unable to attend due to Covid restrictions. We will see you all soon hopefully.

Cherished father to Padráig and Seán. Brother to Mary Sweetman, Winnie McElhatton and the late Anne McSorley and Patsy.  Tom will be reposing in his late residence from 6pm on Tuesday 31st August. Tom’s remains will leave his late residence at 10.40am on Thursday 2nd September for 11.00am requiem mass in St Davog’s Church, Dromore followed by his burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Thank you to family, friends and neighbours who reached out to us to offer their condolences whether it was in person or telephoned and left messages online or via social media, sent Mass cards and Sympathy cards and made donations in lieu of flowers to Marie Curie. We want to thank those who generously brought refreshments during the wake and those who stood reverently outside our home, along the funeral route and at the graveyard.
