The death has occurred of John E Kelly, Killyclogher, Co Tyrone.

John E Kelly, Omagh, formerly of 63 Tirquin Road, Killyclogher, Omagh, BT79 7NE died peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital on Thursday 11th January 2024, surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Rosemary. Treasured father of Nigel (Teresa) and Justin (Aine). Loving and devoted grandfather to Aimee, Chloe and Luke. Cherished brother of Patrick, James, Philomena Kelly and the late Margaret Haughey.

John will be reposing in his late residence from 2pm until 9.30pm on Saturday 13th January and from 2pm until 9.30pm on Sunday 14th January.

John will leave his late residence at 9.30am on Monday 15th January for 10am requiem Mass in St. Mary’s Church, Killyclogher followed by his burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only please with donations in lieu kindly accepted for Alzheimer’s Society c/o McAtee Funeral Directors.

For those who wish to show a presence on the funeral route John will travel along the Tirquin Road to arrive at St. Mary’s Church at 9.55am.

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, daughters in law, grandchildren, brothers, sister, nephews, nieces, and entire family circle and friends. Our Lady pray for him.
