The death has occurred of Jean Brogan, Omagh, Co Tyrone.

Brogan Jean, (Killyclogher, Omagh) nee Alexander formerly of 11 Hawthorn Road, Killyclogher, Omagh, BT79 7ND, died peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday 27th December 2022. Beloved wife of the late Joe. Treasured mother of Helen, Mary Boyd (Mark), Joe (Breege), Catherine, Elizabeth Cullinan (Seamus) and the late Lisa. Devoted and loving grandmother to her 13 grandchildren. Cherished sister of Linda, Ed, John, Norman, Stephen and the late Richard, David, Patricia and Margaret. Jean will be reposing in her late residence from 7pm on Tuesday 27th December. House Private. Jean will leave her late residence at 1.30pm on Thursday 29th December for requiem Mass at 2pm in St Mary’s Church Killyclogher, followed by her burial in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only please with donations in lieu kindly accepted for Marie Curie and Versus Arthritis c/o McAtee Funeral Directors. For those who wish to show a presence along the funeral route Jean will travel from the Hawthorn Road and along the Killyclogher Road (Cookstown Road) and the Old Mountfield Road to arrive at St Mary’s Church for 2pm. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her loving daughters, son, sons in law, daughter in law, grandchildren, sister, brothers, nephews, nieces and entire family circle. Our Lady pray for her.
