The death has occurred of Anthony Colton, Shanmullagh, Dromore, Co Tyrone.

Colton Anthony, Dromore, Co Tyrone, formerly of 20 Tummery Road, Shanmullagh, Dromore, Co Tyrone, BT78 3JJ, died peacefully in the South West Acute Hospital, on Wednesday 9th September 2026, surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Dympna. Treasured father of Sean, Deborah Bradley (Noel), Nuala, Maura Gallagher (Mark), Martina, Conor (Sandra), Paul (Noleen) and Sarah Gallagher (Andrew). Loving and devoted grandfather to his 15 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Cherished brother of Mary Mullan, Hughie, Rosie, Brian, Martin and the late Tommy, Kate Brogan, Eamon, Sally McMenamin, Eileen McManus and babies Maura and Bridie.

Anthony will be reposing in his late residence from 4pm until 9pm on Thursday 10th September 2026 and from 2pm until 9pm on Friday 11th September 2026. House private on morning of funeral.

Anthony will leave his late residence at 10.20am on Saturday 12th September 2026 for 11am requiem Mass in St Davog’s Church Dromore, followed by his burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

For those who wish to show a presence on the funeral route, Anthony will travel from the Tummery Road, and along Church Street, Main Street and the Omagh Road, to arrive at St. Davog’s Church for 10.50am.

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, daughters, daughters in law, sons in law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, brothers, sisters, in laws, nephews, nieces, and entire family circle and, friends. St. Padre Pio Pray for him.
