Mossey Ann-Marie (nee Armstrong), Gortin, Omagh, formerly of 49a Burnside, Main Street, Gortin BT79 8PQ, died peacefully in the South West Acute Hospital on Sunday 29th May. Beloved wife of Mickey. Treasured mother of Michael (Eiméar), Kevin (Lorraine) and Ciarán (Gráinne). Loving and devoted grandmother to Senán, Donnacha and the late baby Tomás. Cherished sister of Michelle McEnhill and Karen Donnelly. Much loved daughter of Michael and the late Margaret.
Ann-Marie will be reposing in her late residence from 6.30pm on Monday 30th May. Ann-Marie will leave her late residence at 11am on Wednesday 1st June for 12noon requiem Mass in St Patrick Church, Gortin. Family flowers only please, with donations in lieu kindly accepted for Scleroderma & Raynaud’s UK (SRUK) c/o McAtee Funeral Directors.
For those who wish to show a presence along the funeral route, Ann-Marie will travel from Burnside, and along Main Street, and Chapel Lane to arrive at St Patrick’s Church for 11.50am. Alternatively the Mass may be viewed via the Gortin Parish webcam. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her loving husband, sons, daughters in law, grandchildren, father, sisters, brothers in-law, nephews, nieces and entire family circle. Our Lady pray for her.

Heartbreak at loosing a vibrant life loving young lady, our Annmarie, so much to live for. Her wonderful husband Mickey, their three young men their loving wives/partner & two amazing grandsons. Her dear dad Michael, sisters Michelle & Karen all the family members nieces nephews aunts uncles cousins & numerous friends.
We will find our lives so empty without her fun loving laugh & outlook.
God needed her for something very special, that only Annmarie could do. Now with her Mom, Margaret each in Heaven, we will all be safer as they will watch over us always.
Please give us acceptance of God’s will.

I had the chance to meet beautiful Ann Marie at the coming together of our family to observe the passing of Patrick O’Connor. There I met the most lively lady full of positivity with a love of great food, travel and culture. Ann Marie made the the best spaghetti bolognese I have ever eaten. She brought warmth and happiness to what was a sombre occasion, I was instantly impressed and inspired with her energy and light, I still am and always will be.
