Bashford Mary B Fintona (nee Gavin) died peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, 3rd November 2018. Beloved wife of the late John and much-loved mother to Genevieve (Badrock), Geraldine (Shepherd) and John. Sister to Tom and the late Pat and John. Mary B will be reposing in her own residence 125 Tattymoyle road Fintona BT78 2NZ from 2pm on Monday 5th November 2018. Wake will commence each day from 2pm to 10pm, house private morning of the funeral. There will be a shuttle bus service from St Lawrence’s Chapel to the wake house from 6.30pm on each day. Mary B will leave her residence at 10.15am on Wednesday 7th November for 11am requiem mass in St Lawrence’s Church Fintona, followed by her burial in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only, donations in lieu to Heart Chest & Stroke Association. Deeply regretted by her loving daughters, son, brother, sons-in-law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews, nieces and entire family circle. Sacred Heart of Jesus have Mercy on her Soul.

I wish to say how sad I am to hear of Mary’s passing. She was a good friend to our Mum, Margaret Ross,when they worked together here in Cheshire and we think of them often. I know Mum would be so upset too,she passed in June 2000. We often look at the photographs of them and their colleagues.Mary was a beautiful woman, inside and out.
