Died Monday 22nd August 2022.
Michael passed away on the 22nd August, a much loved brother, brother in law, uncle, and friend. We, his family wish to express our sincere appreciation and heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathised, prayed for and supported us through our recent sad bereavement. We would like to acknowledge all those who paid their respects in any way. Our thanks to those who sent Mass or sympathy cards or flowers and those who left messages online or via social media. Our thanks to those who called to the Funeral Home, who lined the route or attended when Michael’s remains were received in St Davog’s Church, Dromore and to all those who took part in the funeral service or who joined us via the webcam. Sincere thanks to our relatives, friends and neighbours who helped out in so many ways, to help us grieve as a family.
A special word of thanks to Father Patrick Mac Entee PP for his spiritual support and the comforting Requiem Mass. We convey our appreciation also to the Sacristan and everyone who assisted with the Mass, especially our musician James McShane who provided the beautiful music. Thank you to McAtee Funeral Directors for the dignified and professional manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out and to the grave digger for preparing Michael’s final resting place. Thank-you to the Dromore Ladies Committee for the catering service provided after the funeral.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a gesture of our family’s deepest gratitude.
Michael’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated in St Davog’s Church, Dromore on Saturday 24th September at 7pm and may also be viewed via the parish webcam.
