Kieran Campbell, Ballyness Road,
Fivemiletown BT75 0LW
Died 13th March 2026.
The recent untimely loss of our much loved Kieran has left a deep void in the lives and hearts of all who knew and loved him. Kieran was a widely respected hard working business man and an integral and valued member of the local community, but primarily he was a devoted family man. Dearly loved husband of Gail, adored father of Nathan, Niamh and Niall. Much loved son of Winnie and the late Johnny, brother of Katrina (Tony), Jody (Ciara), Ann-Marie and Christopher (Annette), son in law of Raymond and Doreen, brother in law of Sonia, loving Uncle and also a very dear cousin and friend.
We his family are all heartbroken at the loss of Kieran, but we are greatly consoled by the outpouring of support, loving care and attention shown to us by all who crossed our paths, in the short few days of Kieran’s illness and at his wake and funeral. We wish to express our sincere appreciation and heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathised, prayed for and supported us.
Thank you to everyone who called to the wake at our home. Sincere thanks to everyone who assisted at the wake. From those who helped with transport and parking to those who served food and tea, your kindness and support were truly appreciated. Our thanks also to those who telephoned, sent Mass or Sympathy cards, messages, flowers or the many donations in lieu for Live Life Give Life or SWAH ICU. Thank you to those who lined the funeral route or who joined us at the Requiem Mass, especially those who travelled long distances to be with us.
We are blessed to have had the love and support of our family, friends, neighbours and work colleagues, throughout this difficult time, your support has helped us in so many ways, to find strength and grieve together as a family.
A special word of thanks to Very Rev. Father Brendan Gallagher P.P for his spiritual support and the very comforting Requiem Mass and to Rev. Canon Precentor Kyle Hanlon for his spiritual support and attendance at the funeral service. We convey our appreciation also to the Sacristan and everyone who took part in the Liturgy, especially our readers, Eucharist ministers, and our singer Louise Coyle, who provided the beautiful reverent and uplifting music, which added so much to the funeral service.
Thank you to McAtee Funeral Directors for the dignified and professional manner, in which the funeral arrangements were carried out and to the gravedigger Brendan for preparing Kieran’s final resting place. Also to Roisin of Nettles and Petals for the beautiful floral tribute, and to the ladies in St. John’s Church Hall for the most welcome refreshments after the burial.
And finally we would like to sincerely thank the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service Paramedics, the PSNI, and the Staff of the South West Acute Hospital, especially the Intensive Care unit and NHS Organ Donation Team for the kindness and compassion shown both to Kieran and our family during his final days.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a gesture of our family’s deepest gratitude.
Kieran is loved and missed every day. May his humble, kind and generous soul be granted peace and eternal rest. His Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated in St. Mary’s Church, Fivemiletown on Sunday 3rd May at 10am. Safe in the arms of Jesus.
