21 Richmond Park,

Killyclogher BT79 7SJ.

Died 21st August 2022.

Brenda passed away on the 21st of August, a widely respected, devoted family lady, mother, mother in law, grandmother, sister, sister in law, aunt and friend.  We, her family wish to express our sincere appreciation and heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathised, prayed for and supported us through our recent sad bereavement. We would like to acknowledge all those who paid their respects in any way. Our thanks to those who called to the house, who telephoned, who sent Mass or sympathy cards, flowers or donations in lieu of flowers and those who left messages online or via social media. Thanks to those who lined the funeral route or who joined us at the Mass or via the webcam. Sincere thanks to our relatives, friends and neighbours who helped out in so many ways, to help us grieve as a family.

A special word of thanks to Father Kevin McElhennon PP for his spiritual support and the comforting Requiem Mass in celebration of her life. We convey our appreciation to the Sacristan and everyone who assisted with the Mass, especially our musician Leanne Daly who provided the beautiful music.  Thank you to McAtee Funeral Directors for the dignified and professional manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out.

We would also like to thank all those who cared for Brenda and supported us during her illness. Especially her carers from Lakeland Community Care and the staff at the Critical Care Unit of the South West Acute Hospital who showed nothing but kindness, compassion and consideration in looking after Brenda.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a gesture of our family’s deepest gratitude.

Brenda’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated in St Mary’s Church, Killyclogher on Sunday 18th September at 11am. Our Lady pray for her.
