We the family of the late Anna O’Donnell wish to express our sincere appreciation and heartfelt thanks to all those who supported, sympathised and prayed for us during our recent sad bereavement.
Thanks to all those who called to the wake at St Macartan’s Nursing Home, sent Mass or sympathy cards, messages via phone and social media or flowers.
Thanks to those who lined the funeral route, came to St Patrick’s Church, Eskra when Anna’s remains were received, and to those who attended the funeral Mass.
A special word of thanks to Canon Noel McGahan PP for his spiritual support over the years and to Canon Laurence Dawson PE for the very comforting Requiem Mass. We convey our appreciation also to the Sacristan and everyone who assisted with the Mass, especially our musician; Damian Cullain, who provided the beautiful uplifting music.
Thank you to McAtee Funeral Directors for the professional and dignified manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements and to the grave digger for preparing Anna’s final resting place. Also to Kelly’s Inn for providing the welcome refreshments after the burial.
We would also like to thank the staff of St Macartan’s Nursing Home, Clogher for their excellent level of care and attention to Anna during her time there.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere gratitude and appreciation.
Anna’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Saturday 4th March 2023 at 11am in St Patrick’s Church, Eskra. Our Lady pray for her.
