The death has occurred of Seamus Kelly, Trillick, Co Tyrone.

Kelly Seamus, Trillick, Co Tyrone, formerly of Effernan Road, Golan, Trillick, died peacefully in the South West Acute Hospital, on Friday 23rd January 2026, surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Margaret. Treasured father of Jarlath (Sharon), Mickey (Martina), Noeleen Murphy (Aidan), Owen, Carmel Quinn (Stephen) and Anthony (Lynda). Loving and devoted grandfather to his 11 grandchildren. Cherished brother of Petey (late Teresa), Bernadette Donnelly (Gerry), and the late John (Briege) and Mamie.

Seamus’s wake will take place at his late sister Mamie’s residence; 11 Rosanareen Road, Derryallen, Trillick, BT78 3SD and will commence at 7pm on Saturday 24th January 2026. There will be parking and a shuttle bus service available from St. Macartan’s Church from 12.30pm on Sunday 25th January 2026.

Seamus will leave his late residence at 11.05am on Monday 26th January 2026 for 12noon requiem Mass in St. Macartan’s Church, Trillick, followed by his burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, daughters, daughters in law, sons in law, grandchildren, brother, sister, brother in law, sister in law, nephews, nieces and entire family circle and friends. Our Lady pray for him.
