  6. We are so sorry to hear of Nan’s passing. Although we only met her once, she made an everlasting impression on us and we loved her right away. She was kind enough to welcome us into her home, the ever famous “homestead” that was once home to my kids’ Irish ancestor, Bill Mullin. We will cherish the few memories we have of this grand lady, and the image of her nursing a newborn lamb next to the stove will stay in our hearts forever! Catherine, Martin, Sheila, Sinead and Peter, please extend our deepest sympathies to the rest of the Mullin family on our behalf. Daniel, Vivianne, Marius, Quentin and Rose-Ange, from Canada

  10. We were so sad to learn that one great lady has left us. When we visited Ireland she welcomed us with open arms. Nan and Uncle Charlie made us feel at home immediately. It was so lovely to be able to stay in the home that my mother,Josephine grew up in. In recent years it was so nice to talk with her on the telephone. She always had an infectious laugh. We were so happy that she celebrated her 90th birthday on July 1st, Canada’s national holiday.
