O’Callaghan Mary, Fintona (formerly of Ivanhoe Avenue, Belfast) died peacefully on Monday 17th August at her sister’s residence 24 Cavanacaw Road, Omagh BT78 5JR. Daughter of the late John and Maureen. Beloved sister of Anne Bradley. Cherished sister in-law to Owen. Devoted Auntie to Aaron (Stephanie), Owen, Cormac and baby Fionn. Mary will be reposing at her sister’s residence from 5pm on Tuesday 18th August. Mary will leave her sister’s residence on Thursday 20th August at 10.15am for 11.00am requiem mass in St Lawrence’s Church Fintona, burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only donations in lieu to Dementia NI c/o McAtee Funeral Directors. For those who wish to show a presence along the funeral route, Mary will travel along the Cavanacaw Road, Creevangar Road, Loughmuck Road to arrive at 11.00am. In light of the Coronavirus virus and in the interests of health and safety within the community, the wake and funeral will be private. Alternatively, the funeral mass can be viewed via Donacavey Parish webcam. Deeply regretted by her loving sister, brother in-law, nephews, friends and entire family circle. St Anthony pray for her.

Please accept my sympathy of your loss. Mary was a walking companion I got to know in the Mourne Ramblers group in the period 1993 to 2003. She had a warm and friendly personality and liked to laugh. I am very sorry such a likeable person has gone at such a young age.
