Roddy Elizabeth (affectionately known as Liz), née Gailey, formerly of 20 Aughafad Road, Fintona, BT78 2EG died peacefully in Omagh Primary Care Complex on Saturday 12th October 2024, surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of Tony. Treasured mother of Susie and mother in law of Poraic. Loving and devoted Granny of Melissa, Jessica and Rebecca. Cherished sister of Ruby Moorhead, Drew, Derek and the late Jack, Thomas, Robert and Sylvia.
Liz will be reposing in her late residence. House Strictly Private.
Liz will leave her late residence at 10.20am on Monday 14th October for 11am requiem Mass in St. Lawrence’s Church, Fintona, followed by her burial afterwards, in the adjoining cemetery.
Family flowers only please with donations in lieu kindly accepted for Omagh Palliative Care Ward c/o McAtee Funeral Directors.
For those who wish to show a presence on the funeral route Liz will travel from the Aghafad Road and along the Ecclesville Road, Mill Street, Main Street, Tattymoyle Road and Lisdergan Road to arrive at St Lawrence’s Church at 10.50am.
Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her loving husband, daughter, son in law, grandchildren, sister, brothers and entire family circle and friends. Our Lady pray for her.
