Our sincerest condolences on the passing of your dear mum. We remember or Aunt so fondly. Her absolute light and sense of humour was such a delight. May she rest in peace now. Sending all the McQuaid and Gallagher family our thoughts and prayers at this very difficult time.

She was older I think,.. or maybe I am!. We were almost always good friends, Anne also knew how to press my buttons and did so on many occasions. She had a great sense of humor having us all in stitches, was always thinking of some sort of mischief for her work mates or friends. She had a heart of gold and on one occasion knowing I was coming home called to pick up Angela to come with her to pick up a package at the airport… but didn’t tell I was the packagel! She loaned me that night her pride and joy, her two tone green capri and her collection of c&w tapes that kept us singing all the way to Bundoran.
She had a aneurism in her mid 30ties and was lucky to survive. I recall driving home from work after getting the news contenting myself with knowing she would fight with all she had for her children. She was able to laugh at her self but would always give back better than she got.
A big Dromore fan and one of our last times together I had the privilege of being with her watching Dromore win the semifinal… she would be upset with me if I didn’t mention that they also went on to win the final.
Anne and Noel leave behind a wonderful legacy, a family of children grandchildren including all the in laws, that they were so proud of. You will not meet a nicer bunch of people!
I will remember her most for her love of Noel and her unashamed love and pride for her family
Where she is going it will be back to pre aneurism state, so Heaven!, just a heads up! Dromore woman incoming, you’re not going to know what hit you!
We will all miss you terribly, Anne!
Thinking of you all today, you are all in my prayers xxx
