PLEASE NOTE CHANGE OF DATE RE MONTH’S MIND.
Mary and Michael passed away in St Andrews Hospice, Airdrie on the 24th January and 11th of February respectively, they were a widely respected, much loved devoted family couple, mother and father, parents in law, grandparents, great grandparents, sister, brother, aunt, uncle and friends. We, their family wish to express our sincere appreciation and heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathised, prayed for and supported us through our recent sad bereavement. We would like to acknowledge all those who paid their respects in any way. Our thanks to those who sent Mass or sympathy cards, or flowers and those who left messages online or via social media. Thanks to those who joined us at the Mass, especially those who travelled long distances, or via the webcam. Sincere thanks to our relatives, friends and neighbours who helped out in so many ways, to help us grieve as a family.
A special word of thanks to Father Patrick MacEntee his spiritual support and the comforting Mass for both Michael and Mary. We convey our appreciation also to the Sacristan and everyone who assisted with the Mass, especially our musicians singer Sinead Taggart and pianist Patrick Slevin who provided the beautiful music. Thank you to McAtee Funeral Directors for the dignified and professional manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out and to the grave digger for preparing our parents final resting place.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a gesture of our family’s deepest gratitude.
Mary and Michael’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated in St Davog’s Church, Dromore on Saturday 9th April at 7pm and may also be viewed via the Dromore Parish Webcam.
