Maura, Stefan and the Dorrian family wish to express our sincere appreciation and heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathised, prayed for and supported us on John’s sudden passing.
We would like to acknowledge all those who paid their respects in any way, including those who called to John’s home and to the neighbours and friends who came to the funeral home and offered their condolences and messages of sympathy.
A special word of thanks to Father Seán Mulligan for the comforting Requiem Mass. We convey our appreciation to the Sacristan and all who assisted with the Mass, especially Louise Coyle who provided the beautiful music.
Thank you to McAtee Funeral Directors for the dignified and professional manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out in the wonderful setting of Grianan House Funeral Home.
Our thanks also to all the staff of Fintona Funeral Catering Group at St Patrick’s Hall for the welcome refreshments after the funeral Mass.
We are very grateful to the ambulance service who gave immediate care to John. To all the staff of The South West Acute Hospital A & E and Intensive Care. Your kindness, care and compassion we will be forever grateful for. We wish to acknowledge the doctors, nurses, respiratory nurses and all the staff of Fintona Medical Centre and to Sandra Dowdalls Pharmacy.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a gesture of our family’s sincere gratitude.
John’s Month’s Mind Mass will be on Saturday 11th February 2023 at 6pm in St Lawrence’s Church, Fintona.
