The death has occurred of Seamus Sheridan (Omagh, Co Tyrone)

Sheridan Seamus, Omagh, Co Tyrone, formerly of 20 Lammy Drive, Omagh, BT78 5JB died peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday the 16th September 2026. Devoted husband of Alice (nee Traynor), proud father of Tony, Pauline (Kenny), Patrick (Joan), Mary (Barry), Seamus (Carole), Martina (George), Eamonn (Niamh), Eilish (Chris), Edel (Mark) and baby Martin. Loving brother of Brigid Harkin, Mickey, Pat Haigney, Rosaleen Hagan, Eugene, Nora Montague, Dermot and the late Dessie and Maureen RIP, cherished son of the late James and Elizabeth. Loving and devoted grandfather to his 25 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Seamus will be reposing in his late residence from 3pm until 9pm on Friday 18th September 2026. Seamus will leave his late residence at 9.20am on Saturday 19th September 2026 for 10am requiem Mass in Sacred Heart Church, Omagh followed by his burial afterwards in St Mary’s cemetery Drumragh.

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving wife, daughters, sons, in-laws, grandchildren, great grandchildren, sisters, brothers, nephews, nieces, brothers in-law, sisters in-law and entire family circle and friends. Our Lady pray for him.

  3. I am very sorry to hear about Seamus’ passing. I have wonderful memories of him always smiling and the calm in the chaos when we all landed on Lammy Drive for our summer visits. Thinking of Alice and all the family during this time and sending prayers.
