Siobhan Coyle
Died 30th January 2026
We the family of the late Siobhan Coyle wish to extend our deep gratitude and warmest thanks to everyone who offered their condolences, prayers and support during our recent bereavement. Siobhan was widely respected by all who knew her and treasured mother of Sinead (Angus) and Louise McSharry (John). Loving and devoted grandmother of lyla, Killian, Tess and Oisin. Former wife of Daniel. Cherished sister of Declan, Sharon Kelly, Brian, Dermot, Paul, Mark and Catherine Swift.
Thank you to everyone who called to the wake in Grianan House Funeral Home, and to those who brought food, served hot drinks and gave so generously of their time to help. Our thanks also to those who sent Mass or Sympathy cards and flowers and for the generous donations to a much loved and deeply personal charity, Cuan Mhuire. Sincere thanks to those who attended and took part in the Requiem Mass in St. Matthews Church, Garvaghey.
We are grateful for the love and support of our extended family, dedicated friends, supportive neighbours and the wider community circle. Your encouragement and support has helped us greatly in times when we most need it.
Our deepest thanks to Fr Michael O’Dwyer for his spiritual guidance, words of comfort and for his personal attention to mum’s Mass. We are most grateful to Fr Sean Mulligan, P.P. Fintona for attending to mum’s spiritual needs at home and for visiting her in hospital. Thank you to Canon Noel McGahan for his spiritual support and prayer during the wake and funeral. Thank you to all who acknowledged mum’s passing including Eskra Parish, Eskra Emmetts GFC, Knockmany Running club, many work colleagues and friends.
Thank you to McAtee Funeral Directors especially Pat, for the dignified and professional manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out; his attention to detail during mums wake in the funeral home and being a pillar of support in the months preceding mums passing. Thank you to Noeleen Neill who provided the beautiful hymns which added so much warmth to mum’s requiem Mass. We extend our gratitude to gravedigger Brendan for preparing mum’s final resting place and to those who respectfully lined the funeral route. Our thanks also to Mary of Howe’s Flowers for the lovely floral tributes and to Canavans for taking care of the refreshments after the funeral.
We wish to acknowledge our deep appreciation to the health professionals who cared for Mum with such dedication and kindness in Ward 8 of the South West Acute Hospital during her final days. We also greatly appreciate Mum’s local GP Practice, district nurses, A&E and the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service who attended to her health needs over the years. A final word of thanks to Teresa Keaveney at Hillbank Fold who helped support our family so much during mum’s time there. Mum felt safe, secure and loved and we are forever grateful for your dedication and care.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a gesture of our family’s deepest gratitude to all those who supported us and helped in any way during the wake and funeral.
May mum’s gentle soul rest in eternal peace.
A Month’s Mind Mass for Mum will be celebrated in St. Matthew’s Church, Garvaghey on Friday 27th February at 7pm. St. Bridget Pray for her.
