The family of the late Ann wish to express our deep gratitude and heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathised, prayed for and supported us, during our recent sad bereavement. Ann was a widely respected lady, beloved wife of the late Noel, adored Mother of Aloysious, Fionnuala (Stephen), Denise, Declan (Lorna) and the late baby Anthony. Devoted Grandmother, Sister, Sister in Law, Aunt and Friend.

Sincere thanks to everyone who sent Mass cards, Sympathy cards, messages, flowers or donations in lieu. Thank you to everyone who called to the wake house, helped or brought food, lined the funeral route and to all those who joined us at the Requiem Mass or via the webcam.

We would also like to convey our heartfelt thanks to our extended family, kind neighbours and friends who helped out in so many ways. We were so blessed to have your support and help throughout this difficult time.

A special word of thanks to Father Denis Dolan PE for all his spiritual support and to Fathers Aodhán McCrystal SMA and Father Joel for their spiritual support and the very comforting requiem Mass. We convey our appreciation also to the Sacristan and everyone who took part in the Liturgy, especially our readers, gift bearers and eucharistic ministers and to Donna Taggart and Rory who provided the beautiful reverent and uplifting music.

Thank you to McAtee Funeral Directors for the dignified and professional manner, in which the funeral arrangements were carried out and to the gravedigger Eamon for preparing Ann’s final resting place. Also to Sheenagh of Bumblebee Garden for the lovely floral tributes and to the St. Patrick’s Hall ladies for the most welcome refreshments after the burial.

Finally, we send our sincere thanks and deep appreciation to all the medical professionals and carers that Ann came into contact with, we are very grateful for all your help, and for the warmth and kindness shown to Ann.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a gesture of our family’s deepest gratitude.

Ann is loved and missed every day. May her kind, gentle, generous soul be granted peace and eternal rest. Her Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated in St Davog’s Church, Dromore on Friday 23rdAugust at 7.30pm. Our Lady pray for her.
