Lorcan passed away suddenly on the 5th of March, a widely respected and much loved, devoted family man, partner, father, brother and friend. We, the McCallen family wish to express our sincere appreciation and heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathised, prayed for and supported us through our recent sad bereavement. We have been overwhelmed by the support we have received from the local community. We would like to acknowledge all those who paid their respects in any way. Our thanks to those who called, who sent Mass or sympathy cards, flowers, or who left messages on-line or via social media. Also to those who joined us at the civil ceremony or via the webcam. Sincere thanks to our relatives, friends and neighbours who helped out in so many ways, to help us grieve as a family.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a gesture of our family’s deepest gratitude.
A Mass in memory of Lorcan will be celebrated in St Lawrence’s Church, Fintona on Saturday 23rd April at 10am and may also be viewed via the Donacavey Parish Webcam.
