Rogacki Rafal (Pleszew, Poland and Omagh, Co Tyrone) formerly of Flat 3, 10 Derry Road, Omagh died peacefully in the South-West Acute Hospital on Friday 24th February 2023. Beloved son of Czesł and Jozef Rogacki and treasured brother of Dominik.
