Early Patrick (Patsy), Fintona died peacefully in South West Acute Hospital on the 3^rd March 2016 surrounded by his loving family. Husband of Sybil. Father of Brigin O’Neill and Neil. Father-in-law of Adrian and Deirdre. Grandfather of Grainne, Catherine, Michael, Rory, Caroline, Connor and Marc. Brother of Eileen, Winnie Donnelly, John, Laurence and the late Eamon.
