This is a template for an official death notice for the papers or radio you can download it and edit it accordingly. The words that are highlighted in red can be changed accordingly to suit. We have left the words highlighted in purple as sometimes you might only want family flowers and you might want to offer money in leau to favourable organisation, therefore you can edit accordingly.
